3. Eligibility
The giveaway promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Vermeer North Atlantic, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The giveaway promotion is void where prohibited by law.
4. Sweepstakes Period
The giveaway promotion begins on 2/27/2025 and ends on 2/28/2025. Entries submitted before or after the giveaway promotion will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. Vermeer North Atlantic reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these rules.
6. Prize
One winner will receive a Blackstone 36″ Culinary Omnivore Griddle with Hood, a 4-burner liquid propane flat top grill, valued at $499.00. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions will be offered. Vermeer North Atlantic reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on or about 2/28/2025. The winners will be notified via text, phone or email. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Vermeer North Atlantic the right to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Privacy
By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Vermeer North Atlantic. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Vermeer North Atlantics Privacy Policy.

Vermeer North Atlantic is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or incorrect entries, nor for any technical failures or human error that may occur. By entering, participants release Vermeer North Atlantic from any liability related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of the prize.
12. General Conditions
Vermeer North Atlantic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity. Any attempt to tamper with the Sweepstakes or its operation is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
13. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
