We’re committed to supporting you through these ever-changing circumstances due to the COVID-19 coronavirus and being classified as an essential business, we are allowed to remain in operation to help support those that keep us connected.
We continue to follow the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines to maintain the health and well-being of our employees, customers and strategic business partners.
Our workforce has strategically been allocated to either work from home or a staggered shift in the shop and the showroom to practice social distancing to ensure our locations remain safe, operational and ready to serve you. As a reminder, our buildings remain locked but curbside parts pickup and free UPS ground shipping are available.
We are grateful for the opportunity to serve the industries which have built the infrastructure of our great country. Gas, water, telecom, utilities, and arborist communities, for decades, have served all of us in order to deliver safe, economical, and life-changing solutions that have improved the quality of our lives.

Department Updates
Parts
Our showrooms are open! If you’re comfortable, you may shop inside our buildings. You may also order parts online, through text or over the phone for curbside pickup. Visit your local store’s page for contact information. Once the order has been placed, pick up your order curbside by calling us when you arrive at our location.
All parts, not already wrapped, will be wiped down with approved disinfecting solutions prior to delivery to ensure your safety.
Service
Road service remains available. We ask that you help practice social distancing by maintaining six feet of distance from our technicians while servicing your equipment.
Drop-off service remains open, following a check-in process similar to parts ordering – call us when you arrive at our location.
All operator controls will be disinfected to ensure your safety.
Rentals
You may request a rental online, through text, or over the phone. Visit your local store’s page for contact information.
Delivery of your equipment will be subject to normal delivery fees and social distancing will be practiced during equipment check-in/out.
All operator control panels will be wiped down with proper disinfecting solutions to ensure your safety.
Sales
Equipment sales remain available. Please contact your local sales representative with questions.
