Branch Manager Tyler Madenford Talks About Vermeer North Atlantic’s Middletown, PA Expansion.
Vermeer North Atlantic’s Branch Manager, Tyler Madenford, is the “go-to” guy when it comes to heading up day-to-day management duties at their very busy Middletown, Pennsylvania location. Thanks to his leadership and experienced crew, the Central Pennsylvania construction, underground utility, tree, landscape, recycling and rental industries regard Vermeer North Atlantic as an industry leader in heavy equipment sales and support.
Recently, Tyler was kind enough to take time out of his hectic schedule to answer a few question about the planned expansion efforts and what they mean for customers.
When asked about the timing of the expansion, and what he thought it meant for customers, he had this to say.
“The timing of this expansion was based on having to keep up with the demands of our customers. Their businesses have grown and that additional growth meant we needed to meet all of their needs.”
He went on to say, customers should look forward to upgrades across every area of the business. On-hand parts inventory will increase to meet rising demand. Additional space in the service bays will allow diagnosis, and equipment repair at a better pace to shorten downtime. Plus, the expansion of the grounds means they will have more equipment inventory for sale and rent.
Before wrapping up, Tyler added, in his opinion, what makes Vermeer North Atlantic, Middletown so special is they have always placed a high priority on taking care of customers. Rapid service response, personal service and getting to know customers are some of the reasons they have relationships that have lasted for years. Thanks to this expansion, he sees the business and those relationships growing for decades to come.
